Faysal Sohail

Angel Investor. Focus: B2B; B2C; SaaS. Mr. Faysal Sohail serves as Managing Director at Presidio Partners. He is a Chairman at Wildcat Discovery Technologies and Mojo Networks. He is a Board Member at IndoUS Venture Partners. He has more than 27 years of professional experience and joined Presidio Partners in 2002 as General Partner. He also serves as Chairman at Altair Group. Faysal helped build three companies, including Cadabra Design Automation, which was eventually acquired by Numerical Technologies (NMTC). When he's not building companies, Faysal pursues a second passion - education. He's committed to improving computer literacy and increasing high school graduation rates among young people in Silicon Valley and emerging regions like Asia and Africa. Faysal received his B.S. in Computer Engineering from the University of Illinois. Faysal is committed to education and has served on the board of Silicon Valley Education Foundation (SVEF) for 10 years, seven as Chairman. Faysal is a guest lecturer at Stanford Graduate School of Business as well as U.C. Berkeley on global entrepreneurship and venture capital.
